Experience of using AquaMunch Aquagel Vital Vege

On the seller's advice, Aura; I purchased this product as a food for my Hillstream loaches. When mixing I followed the instructions to the letter. I have found that my Hillstreams' will not touch it, they swim past it without looking at it. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
